Lots to do

Found a new radio station. 96.3 fm - targeted for 45 and olders. The scary part is that I really like listening to the station. Alex and I were discussing placing some radio ads on this station.

You see our target market for TorontoHomeMovies.com is 45-80. These are the poeple who grew up with analog video, film, audio and photos. Now their parents are getting very old and they are finding old movie reels in closets, garages and basements that they really want to see.

Our target market for Excellence Photography is 22-38. In this case these are Brides and Grooms who are upper middle class who have a very high standards regarding what they want for photograpy and video for their special day.

The business of advertising is something that I have been trying to master for many many years. It really started when I was 16 years old. My mother (yes I was a mamas boy) got me a summer job working at a company called Mandev Consulting.

Russian Bday Party

Took Isaac to a friends birthday party. Only at a Russian party would
the kids be served a cake like this.

I forgot the name but a small piece cost like 12.95 at most
restuarsnts. Amazing multilayered custard chocolate cake.

I forced myself to eat. Hehe

Traffic

I'm so excited. The road I use to get to the studio is being widened.
So my 20 min drive should be reduced to 10 minutes.

Doesn't sound like a big deal. However.

10 x 2 = 20 min a day
20 x 5 = 100 min a week

6.7 hours a month!!!!

I'll write a list of things I could do with an extra 6.7 hours later.

Getting things Done!!

We have about 100 things on the go - Tons of packages to go out. Say hi to our newest star Richard. He joined us this week to help in the back editing office. In fact, with our part timer Richard there are now 2 Richards, not count Richard who used to edit for us a few years ago.

Sam, this falls co-op student completed his first slideshow. I think he did a great job.

I know I know - its been a while.

Inthe past 4 weeks I've seen over 60 couples, 2 bridal show - bunch of weddings in Toronto and in Florida. Whew I am tired!!!

I'm slowly getting caught up. So for those of you waiting on me (stella, megan, michelle, and few other amazing brides I"m sorry!!!)

The good news is each day one more task is being completed, videos are going out on time and people are loving them. Our photo orders are being completed faster and better than any other photography studio in Toronto.

I"ll do a photo post laster tonight.
