Time off is wonderfull but I can't wait until night time to work

Is this sick? I sometimes can't wait to get to work. It's just that I have so many ideas and so little time. Of course, I know that I have to sleep but here is a common problem.

You ever find yourself lying in bed slowing relaxing? This is when you are suppose to rewind from the day and slowly drift off to sleep. Me on the other hand slowly review my day. The I go over my " gotta get this done asap list" and then start thinking about how to improve an existing project and get more and more involved until I have to get out of bed, go down to the computer and ork for another 2-3 hours.

Yikes.
