INTERESTING ARTICLE ABOUT PEOPLE WHO LOSE WEIGHT AND KEEP IT OFF!
As of last Tuesday I have lost 41.5 lbs. Of course, diet and exercise was a major part of it, but my brain is the one thing that controls all decisions. Like do I go to Mandarin and eat 85 shrimp for lunch today?
